Used in online gaming, describes anything (in FPS or RTS) that just sits there and doesnt attempt to flee, fight, etc, before being owned. Usually controlled by a noob.
1) omg, I cant wait to play Overcaster, i get mad kills in those games, his ducks on the pond get owned.
2) quack, quack , QUACK! omg, I'm totally pooning these ducks on the pond over here.

A phrase denoting an imminent or currently favorable situation for the speaker. Also is used to describe a situation in baseball play, where runners are situated on first and third base respectively.
