One of the main protagonists of the anime and light novel, "Love, Chunibyo, and Other Delusions", a.k.a. "ChΕ«nibyΕ demo Koi ga Shitai!" Rikka has 8th grade syndrome and wears a patch on her right eye and a bandage thing wrapped around her left arm. She believes she has the tyrant's eye. She's in high school and has an older sister named Tooka who's a chef.
