What is ragheads?
Southern slang for a person who goes out in public with a scarf or rag tied around or over their head. Since the average person would fix their hair before going outdoors, the term would be used to denote laziness and unkempt appearance.
Donald is such a raghead; he won't even 'air' his braids.

A derogatory term used to describe a male of middle eastern descent, the part “rag” refers to a turban and the part “head” refers to the chocolate coloured face of the person. Other terms for a male of middle eastern decent include: paki, sand nigger, oil nigger, chocolate face, chocolate drop and desert rat.

The rag being a turban and the head being that of a middle eastern or far eastern male. Although not all middle eastern or far eastern people wear turbans the term raghead is used in any case.
