Getting into a relationship with/hooking up with someone you generally dont care about much simply because you have recently broken up with someone and you are in the process of getting over them and want to have someone to fill the gap until your next meaningful relationship

(1): The person doing the dumping.
(2): The person picking up the dumpee.
(3): The person who just got dumped.
