a shortened version of the more popular word llama, often used when there is an awkward pause in a conversation, and there is really nothing left to say, except llam, and then the two individuals conversing laugh, and resume conversation

A culture and a philosophy describing those individuals who practice the ways of the llam. It is an understanding of the acts that make one referred to as a llam. The philosophy is much bigger than one who is not a llam can comprehend.
