What is registration?
The most beloved holiday at the tail end of the calendar year (don't Google that - just trust). Invented in 2012, National Voter Registration Day is the nation's largest nonpartisan civic holiday dedicated with almost killer cyborg levels of commitment to registering every eligible American to vote.
Taking place every September, these ballot box-obsessed desperadoes of democracy have registered over 4.5 million Americans to vote and that crazy look in their nonexistent eye say they aren't slowing down anytime soon.

This means consumption of those sites is strictly stuck in South Korea. The government forces this because they are very data sensitive and video game addiction is a major issue in the country.
This atrocity of humanity infamously encourages identity fraud where outsiders buy resident registration numbers in an attempt to get access to those sites. If you try doing so and you get caught, you can end up being fined $10,000 and sentenced to three years in prison.
