What is extremo?
This scene is all about being an 'emo' kid and a metalcore kid at the same time. If you like both genres of music then you are etrEMO.
extrEMO kids don't have to follow the normal 'emo' rules in terms of dress sense, depression and stuff. The main thing is that you be yourself and not a veiled, shallow and vain stereotype. You don't HAVE to cry, you don't HAVE to pretend to be Bi all the time. There's just one rule:

Hey, I just became extremely emo or, should I say, Extremo?
What does "extremo" mean?
An awesome band from Berlin that plays Mittelalter Rock and Folk Metal... The sound is comparable to Rammstein however it has a Medieval feel to it due to the instruments they added past the normal Rock/Metal band line up. Such as Bagpipes and Harps. Not to mention other various instruments not frequently seen these days. All of this is coupled with excellent vocals! They perform songs in many languages. Some of those include but are not limited to: Spanish, English, Norwegian, Swedish, Icelandic, French, Hebrew, Gothic, Latin, Old High German, and Middle German. They perform many Medieval ballads and so forth in the songs original language. Hence the large amount of dead languages listed above. However they have added modern day instruments to these songs making them very excellent songs by todays standards. They don't always use Medieval songs however though they continue to use the bagpipes and such on their own songs as well.
They are a must check out if you like Rammstein!
You need an example of In Extremo? Go look up "Mein Rasend Herz" or "Erbeermund". Really all there songs are really good. Only other band I can say that about is... Rammstein, lol.
Extremo - what does it mean?
NME 's word for any music with distorted guitars and some emotional content. Derived from the words emo and screamo / scremo but is mainly used to describe bands who do not sound like these genres, by people not in the know.
NME say that The distillers are the hottest new "extremo" band
Extremo - meaning
1. Violently gay music and or lifestyle.
2. Comitting acts such as vandalism in a very safe setting like tearing up your bedroom because your Dad never taught you how to live hard and be a man.
3. Letting a woman who hurts you cause you to scream, cry, act, and dress like a female vampire. See homo
If you are proud to be called extremo, you are proud to call yourself very gay, and that's super!
Extremo - definition
Genre of music similar to screamo but more experimental. Very emotional and the lyrics are violent.
Extremo can also be referred to as emo violence.
Extremo - slang
A term we came up with to denote something or someone that is on the exteme end of emo. One whose sole mode of opperation could be described as emo.

What does extremo mean?
Well, that all matters on what you want it to mean. To some it may be they color of the sky, to others like my family, it is the direction of things to come. Emo Summer's definition of extremo is the genre of music that we have invented. We feel in order to define ourselves and be seperatists, we needed to establish our own identity. Hence, extremo was born. We feel that extremo will be around for a long time, unlike those fly by night genres power-violence and straight-edge.
What kind of music would you consider extremo?
Extremo is unclassifiable. It is it's own classification. Emo Summer is extremo, but extremo doesn't have to only be Emo Summer.
Where did extremo come from?
It came from Malakai's beating heart, from Matthais' poetry in motion, from Orosco's tear-drenched hands and Jonah's musical assertiveness...it was all in the moment.
Where does extremo go from here?
It goes wherever it wants. We are beside ourselves in happiness to bring extremo to the public light and like a teenager under thy parents thumb, we are hesitant to let it go but it knows no boundaries and must be set free to explore the immense tree-filled world out there. We are proud, proud parents of extremo and want it to experiment with love, hate, drugs, sex, alcohol, coffee, cigarette's and blood to find itself...

Extremo today, who knows tomorrow. We'll let emolution take it's course....
