A teenager or young adult who exhibits strange or disturbing behaviors as a result of taking methylphenidates as a child to treat ADD or ADHD.

Someone who looks like they've been fed nothing but off brand pop-tarts and crystal meth since they were a fetus. They weigh next to nothing, have disproportionate body parts and appear to have stunted growth.

They try to fuck everyone they come in contact with because they're almost always horny. Their level of retardation varies from person to person. They're childish as all hell and are typically into things aimed at small children. They're also all sociopaths and would try to kill you if piss them off.
