What is meesh?

To be completely dazed and out of it without the use of any illegal substances

I was so meeshed last night. I didn't even drink but the minute I hit the bed I was out cold! The next morning everyone was yelling at me to get out of bed and I just sat there and dazed off unresponsive.

They also enjoy long trips to the dog park, and laying across cool hardwood floors when they are overheated.
