Couth - what is it?

The extreme lack of good manners and refinement coupled with being a total d*ck about the situation. An individual that knows that they are doing something incredibly wrong, still does it, and is so embarrased by their actions all they can do is act like a total douche to avoid the situation or admit fault.

Dude. You know that's my girl - why are you trying to talk to her like that? - No Couth Richard!

No Couth Richard! We have been friends twenty years and you are trying to steal from me!
