I would love to work with Martin Scorsese someday...before he dies. Because he is quite old. =( Some of my favorite Scorsese films are Raging Bull, Taxi Driver, and Goodfellas. I still have not seen all of his films and should.

Named after filmmaker Martin Scorsese, the "Scorsese Effect" is when a work of art is created to negatively portray a character or group of people, but unintentionally inspires fans to try and imitate them. Usually these people misunderstand the point of the film and think the message was to try and be like the protagonist. Many of Scorsese's movies are centered around characters like these, such as "The Wolf of Wall Street," "Taxi Driver," and "Goodfellas".
Other examples include "Fight Club," "Breaking Bad," "The Sopranos," and the Joker.

His films are psychological dramas that focus the complexity of the character over plot and he's notorious for his sometimes, very brutal scenes of violence. He has been nominated for an Academy Award several times, but has not won one. His highlights include Goodfellas, Raging Bull, Taxi Driver, Mean Streets, Casino etc.
Goodfellas and Raging Bull will always be my favorites. Scorsese is a God to cinema.
