What does "E-Tard" mean?
(Adv.) A state of mental confusion and severe short-term memory loss that follows in the wake of an ecstasy bender. One who is E tarded often exhibits the characteristics of being stoned. There is some debate as to whether e-tardedness is caused by ecstasy itself or by the effects of being awake, undernourished, and dehydrated for 24+ hours.

Some who has done too much ecstasy and goes to parties always on MDMA. Usually fascinated with bright colors.

Someone that has done way to many drugs (specifically Ecstasy) and is sketched out and weird. Probably normal, social drug user before they started doing X every weekend until they needed 4 pills to roll and their minds turned to mush.
Usually former drug dealers, or current ones, they continue to do hardcore drugs because of how desensitized they have become to all kinds of drugs. Always buying drugs, they have no money to do anything but sit around like a zombie.
Usually aren't active at all. Never go outside and do fun stuff but just sit in their basements strung out on drugs. Feel bad for the E-tard because their life is a downward spiral.
Yeah Kenny was pretty cool until he started doing mad drugs. Poor fool is so e-tarded he can barely interact with people socially.

Somebody who has become mentally impared due to excessive use of the drug, ecstacy.
Usually they zone out and stare off in to the ditance or find lame things extraordinarily funny. They carry around the attention span of a two year old with a brain tumor.

E-Tard noun "E" coming from the word Electronic and "Tard" from the word Retard.
Originated from the term "B-Tard" being any and all who visit the random board on 4chan. Also from the heavily used trend of putting "E" in front of words to make them seem cool and hip during the "DotCOM" boom of the late 90's to early 2000's.
