when one consumes a large amount of booze in any variation and becomes very inebriated off of any type of hard liquor; ie. vodka, tequila, etc.

When you wake up hyper and alert after a night of heavy drinking. This usually occurs after a little amount of sleep and if you roll with the boozies, it could save your day. If you fall back asleep, you will most likely wake up very hungover and grumpy.
