AE - what is it?
noun. Stands for "Anime Evolution".
Anime Evolution is a three-day anime convention held in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and organized by the AE Convention Corporation. It is usally held in August, but used to be held in July. Cosplayers and anime fans get together and can go to anime screenings, anime music video contests, game shows, panels, workshops, cosplay events, vendors room, and video game groups.
Person1: Hey, we're going to AE next weekend, you in?
Person2: Hell yeah! I'm almost done my costume.
What does "AE" mean?
Abbreviation for the "Action Express" round seen used so often in Dersert Eagle pistols. Comes in 7 round clips and is extremely powerful, capable of punching a hole through light tank armor and easily penetrating kevlar vests. Many "preps" shop at Ae's, choosing their fashion for its close proximity in style to that of A&F for a lot less money. Clothes at AE tend to be more conservative, choosing to cloth the individual rather than giving up a free peep show. Although conservative it remains fashionable amongst "preps". AE lacks a wide range of selection so many preps wear the same clothing items.
