What does "zered" mean?

Zere is a very funny guy who is always friendly. He's athletic and loves to go out even if he lives far from everything and everyone. He might be sus but you just gotta laugh it off cause that's zere. He's a ladies man so hide your girls when he comes around. He can be sensitive but most of the time he's the one making the jokes.
