What is waste water?
When a person in recovery drinks water instead of alcoholic drinks. Is able to still engage in having fun without alcohol.

Waste water - what is it?
The discomfort you feel after ingesting substantial amount of liquids, specifically water, accompanied with slight exhaustion.
I.E.- "I just downed 2 liters of water, i feel so Water-Wasted."
"Stop drinking all that soda, Jake! Your going to get Water-Wasted."
What does "waste water" mean?
The run off that occurs during sex with a particularly horny female.
"I thought she pissed on my bed but she just had a lot of waste water. "
