Tarts - what is it?
An attractive young woman who either is, or is pretending to be, a prostitute. Tart is a more pleasant word than slut and is usually applied to a girl, often French, who is pretty and fun-loving. She will have a particular look with bright red lipstick, prominent breasts, often with false eyelashes and fingernail extensions.
