A really cool awesome friend. Originated from an friendgroup called Swappas, which makes all members a Swappa. If you are a swappa that means you’re totally cool, down to hang out whenever, drink atleast once a week, (++ double points if you smoke weed) funny, extraordinary, a bit crazy, and you know how to charm people.

What does "swappa" mean?
12 pack of 40oz beers sold in New Zealand. They cost about $40 NZ the first time, but once you've finished drinking the beers the crate and beers are swapped for new beers. The swap costs only $24 NZ, provided you bring back the old crate and beer bottles.
