What is punchout?
"Mike Tyson's Punch Out!!" debuted in 1987 on the Nintendo Entertainment System™, in which that of itself first commercialized 5 years before, 1982. "Mike Tyson's Punch Out!!" (which will be further be said as Punchout), was a sports boxing video game by ©Nintendo. Punchout has been often listed among the greatest video games ever to exist.

A form of fellaccio. When a man punches a bitch in the mouth hard enough to knock-out her upper and lower front teeth and makes her give him a bloody gummy-job.
