A inflated and fatter pig, most likely be used to be killed and eaten in the province of "Guangxi", these pigs are mutated and injected with chemicals and overfeed in order to fatten the pig as much as possible. This variant is a genitically mutated made by humans

An extra-disparaging way to call someone a pig. A piggo could be a someone obese, someone dirty or unkempt, or even someone crude.
