Solution: Rush to your nearest refrigerator, beer cooler, bar, tavern, saloon, beer joint, or night club and grab or order yourself no fewer than two of your favorite alcoholic beverages and consume. Repeat as necessary.
Warning: Trying to substitute non-alcoholic beverages while not cure your condition nor will it even temporarily subdue your symptoms. Alcohol is the key.
