1. Someone who spreads false rumors and manipulates insane amounts of drama to ruin the reputation and credibility of someone after after exposing a child molester.
2. A child sex-slave that constantly plays damsel in distress then sides with her rapist after someone tries to step in.

Octane - what is it?
Bullets and Octane are a hard rock band from Southern California, made up of Gene Louis as lead vocalist, James Daniel the guitarist, Brent Clawson as Bass player and Ty Smith on drums. They've released two albums so far, I've got the second one and it's amazing! If you like Velvet Revolver and Avenged Sevenfold you'll love these guys.

Octane - slang
A Transformer from the Generation 1 era of the franchise. He is a Decepticon triple changer, usually referred to as Tankor in the later years of the Transformers franchise.
He is the Decepticon fueler, transforming into a tanker truck and a jumbo jet. In the Transformers comics, and as described in his toy bio, Octane is a rather mean and dishonest character, very hesitantly offering up any fuel he's stolen from gas stations or other tankers to his starving Decepticon peers and sending anyone he wishes crashing and burning in any direction.
In the Transformers cartoon, however, he is portrayed as a more likable, funny, and even friendly character. Fangirls know him for his enjoyable personality and his good looks. He undoubtedly remains a selfish character at times, though.
