What is minuet?
A phrase used in street skateboarding to describe you need a moment to relax in between your tries because of all the cigarettes you smoke while being out of your comfort zone.
The timespan can vary a lot depending on someones health and smoking habits.

A unit of time used by illiterate bach fanatics. It is equal to about 94 seconds, wich is the time it takes to play minuet in G major by J. S. Bach.

What does "minuet" mean?
A lame game played by silly middle schoolers where one person is blindfolded in a closet and another locked in with them for seven minuets to do whatever they want.
Since usualy one is too prude to do anything to their mystery person- its a whole lot of sitting in the dark for seven minuets going, "when the fuck are they letting us out of the closet?"
