What is hiccy?
When throwing a shotput covered in mud and you press it into your neck, it leaves a mark on your neck like a hiccy made of mud.

What does "hiccy" mean?
a kiss mark. usually nice to have but hard to hide. pride for guys and a minor discomfort for girls only around their parents. though girls can hide them better due to long hair. may be faded by ice.
