Grinding is the most popular form of dancing with somebody of the opposite sex. It is when a guy gets behind a girl and the girl rubs her ass all over the guys front. It can be very intimate but can also get pretty crazy on faster paced songs.

Ex. Grindfulness lead me to appreciate a butterfly for 15 seconds, in the middle of typing up a report for 1 and a half hours.
