I'm the key figure in and ongoing government conspiracy, the plot to conceal the truth about the existence of extraterrestrials. It a global conspiracy really, with key players in the highest positions of power and it reaches down into the lives of every man, woman, and child on this planet. So of course no one believes me. I'm an annoyance to my superiors, a joke to my peers. What does "fix" mean?

It means you are about to do something, or more accurately you are doing something now that will lead to you doing the thing that you are fixin' to do. Fixing = preparation

Others here have the pronunciation wrong, when spoken it sounds like one word: "fixina" which led to it's child word finna
In the South we like to run our words together, it's too hot to pronounce every letter.

Fix - meaning

To crack or fix a softwareto perform illegal actions prohibited by the manafacturer. For example, adding a fix to a game can turn a trial version to a full version game without paying. The person who programmes the fix can make the fix do anything, whether that is to repair your game or destroy it etc etc. People make illegal fix's to repair a games faults or errors, programmers can also make fix's enhance a games graphics, volume controls, make it run without a cd etc etc.
