Adj. When something is considered extremely “dope” or “sick” at the same time. Commonly used to exaggerate how rad something truly is.

Dopesick - what is it?
An undesirable person who is unworthy of their own existence. Their drug of choice is usually heroin, but they will smoke, snort, or shoot any substance. You don't want to touch anything this person has touched previously.
Dopesick will sell us some percocet but we have to give him a ride.
