What is declan Scarle?
A quiet and bearded fellow. Or so it seems. Deep down a Declan Scarle is a savage. Always swearing at little kids on xbox. A Declan Scarle is also a person that could be described as saying the words 'same' or the phrase 'yeah me too' a little too often.
