The Mexican Bullhorn is a greeting that originated deep in ancient Aztec culture. A host would tuck in his shirt just before a fart, pass gas, and place his face down his collar to inhale the vapors. Next, the host looks his victim in the eyes and exhales the flatulence into his face.

To Bullhorn, is to do things like banning clapping for anxiety sake, and then bullhorn or shout down. To be a bullhorn, your a person who champions social justice and the safety of the anxious as well as inflicting damage to the anxious in the name of that cause. Used as "Blowing your own Bullhorn" is perfectly fine, when a person is proud of their have your cake and eat it to views.
