What is bromos?
Derives from combing the two words "Homo" and "Brother". Shares similar characteristics from it's origin; as in a close guy friend who sometimes comes off as being homo.
Mike has known Todd nearly all his life and the two have endured a lot of experiences together. They really must be Bromos.

Bromos - what is it?
1. Short for bromance. Which is a very close and non-sexual relationship between two or more men. It is an exceptionally tight, affectional, homosocial male bonding relationship exceeding that of usual friendship and is distinguished from normal friendship by a particularly high level of emotional intimacy.
2. Also used for your gay close friend. Attributing to the etymology "bro+homo".

A straight males term for a platonic relationship with a gay male.
A non homophobic term of endearment for homosexual friend.

Term used at the end of a sentence, after one has stated a meaningful statement while defining the line between being a "Bro" or "Good Friend" and a "Homo".

Dudes that happen to be gay, but aren't flamboyant at all. Prefer to go drink beer at a buddy's place, rather than go to the gay bar and pay for overpriced cocktails and listen to bouncy, campy club songs.
A bromo is not conceited in his looks, but is still put together decently, groomed but not over plucked.
Not to be confused by bromance.
i.e., I really like my guy to be a bromo, not overly gay, but gay just where it counts.

Similar to the saying no homo. No bromo is said after a sentence that can make one appear to be a bro. Mentioning subjects such as Dave Matthews Band, Phish, Dane Cook, and cheap American beer such as Natural Ice and Keystone in a positive light should be followed by saying "no bromo". Unless of course, you are a bro.
1. I'm going to my boy's house to play some pong and drink some Natty Ice, no bromo.
2. I thought Dane Cook was hilarious in Employee of the Month, no bromo.

Guys that attend concerts/sporting events and high five, chest bump, fist bump, put their arms around each other, hug and get way too close to each other's ears cause they're trying to talk to each other due to the noisy situation because their band/sports team is doing well.
While at the Foo Fighters concert, I saw a lot of bromos.
