Highschool in Northern Virginia known for it's large amount of criminal activity, and also for girls who look like they were hit by a truck. Most people here think they are the shit but in reality they are too dumb to apply to a better school. But the fact is that the school is not that bad compared to some other schools out there, but it is still mediocre in all senses.

Also home to where everyone is not self aware and is a copy of some of the people who control mass groups of morons. For example; A farm owner controls alot of sheep. Except in Potomac there are about 12 farm owners and the rest are cheap. Oh but you cant forget the fact that inocent kids that dont mess with anyone always get picked on and the horrible staff that often abuses, hits, singles out, yells and throws things at student *cough* ms.anderson *cough* and alot more *cough* yet the rest of the staff is too careless to say anything about this. All in all, stay AWAY FROM THIS SH*T HOLE.

The academic program is challenging and rigorous, but the teachers are very good at their jobs, so students tend to get good grades. The Upper School is very divided socially, with cliques in every grade. The concept of popularity is very important to many students, causing them to be involved in drama at all times. Students at the Potomac School love to party and find clever ways to sneak alcohol to parties, even if there are parents there. Parties ALWAYS consist of freshmen making out with each other in closets.

Trust me I went there for 8 years! I cant believe I made it out alive!

Potomac students do a large amount of community service throughout the year and are very disciplined. There are a lot of drugs and drinking problems but this is what you get at any school with large amounts of money. The girls are all very pretty and the boys are very smart. All in all if you are looking at private schools in Virginia, Potomac is the place to be.

We're good at a couple of sports but also lose to shitty ass schools like Maret. Also if you walk down the halls, you might run into a 12 and 16-year-old making out. Just leave them alone, it's normal here. All the students suffer from terminal anxiety due to 4 hours a night of homework and 12 tests a week.
