A particularly moronic act, or a person completely devoid of any shred of common sense. Can manifest itself as general naivety or a complete mental vacancy.

Shreena is usually used to define Shreyus Sheenys and Leenus Retardus. It can be the offspring of the two, or just them together. SHReena is to refer to the male, and shrEENA to refer to the female.
