What does "Red Pill" mean?
Signifies the recognition of the true nature of female behavior, including her attraction to traits of dominance, preference for men with status, attraction to men who have been pre-selected by other women, and hypergamous nature. Red Pill men are aware that women are strongly influenced by the culture and that their attraction cues are often outside of their conscious awareness. Why is the choice between what you believe you know and an unknown ‘real’ truth so fascinating? How could a choice possibly be made? On the one hand everyone you love and everything that you have built you life upon. One the other the promise only of truth.
The question then is not about pills, but what they stand for in these circumstances. The question is asking us whether reality, truth, is worth pursuing. The blue pill will leave us as we are, in a life consisting of habit, of things we believe we know. We are comfortable, we do not need truth to live. The blue pill symbolises commuting to work every day, or brushing your teeth.
If you want to get ahead in this company you need to take the blue pill and believe all the Vision and Values slop the management vomit up. Otherwise take the red pill and see what a shit show this is

'Red pill' has become a popular phrase among cyberculture and signifies a free-thinking attitude, and a waking up from a "normal" life of sloth and ignorance. Red pills prefer the truth, no matter how gritty and painful it may be.

Red Pill
A movement for pathetic men to feel special about themselves. The idea itself comes from the matrix, where in the film taking the red pill means that you see the reality of life no matter how painful it is. In recent years a lot of internet personas (such as professional douchebag Andrew Tate) have used this philosophy as a cash cow to take advantage of the waves of fatherless virgins that make up the fanbase of red pill preachers. They often speak to their fanbase by claiming that by following their teachings, they will gain the successes they desire. The irony is that there's a rather obvious disconnect between the preachers and the followers of the red pill philosophy, to the point where it becomes painfully obvious to those not indoctrinated that it's a load of bologna used by those who preach this ideology in order to sell bogus online courses to their fans. Most often these courses will supposedly detail how to get money or get women to like you. However, if these losers actually wanted these things they'd be thinking for themselves (another irony, since red pill also encourages free thought) and wouldn't need advice from these scumbags. TLDR a movement for losers adopted by scammers to take advantage of said losers
