QAS or Quivering Anus Syndrome. The stress related affliction when an individual's anus quivers uncontrollably immediately prior to or during a highly pressurized or nerve-wrecking situation. More specifically with phone customer service work, they grade a certain amount of calls each month to make sure that certain guidelines and quality standards are being met.
