What is Passhole?
The idiot drivers that move steadily along, but suddenly increase speed when they wake up and realize you are passing them. If they succeed in blocking your opportunity to pass, they will immediately resume the former, annoying pace. If you pass them successfully, they will ride your bumper for a short time before returning to la-la land.

Passhole - what is it?
The moron in a Ford F150 or similar giant truck that roars past you at an unsafe speed during a whiteout or when there's ice on the road.
I'm driving over route 20 the other night in driving snow, going 45 like EVERYONE ELSE, except for the PASSHOLE that has to go to the bar...
What does "Passhole" mean?
That guy who insist on speeding up to pass you as you simultaniously speed up to get on the highway.
It's a 500 foot ramp to a 20 mph exit, why are you speeding up?
Antonym:When you slow down to let someone into traffic and they also slow down.
I was getting on I 84 the other day and coming up to speed and this Passhole wont let me on the highway untill he gets off.
As I'm driving in the morning rush hour I slow down to be considerate and let another motorist on the road and HE SLOWS DOWN TOO! What a PASSHOLE!
I'd love to see that Passhole eat it trying to get off the highway doing 80 in his moms Honda.
Passhole - what does it mean?
A person who doesn't pass you in a timely fashion on the interstate, or comes up on you like they're going to pass you, but is inconsistent in their speed so that you can't get around other traffic.
I was about to pass this semi truck but I was blocked in the left lane by a very persistent passhole that caused me to put on my brakes.
Passhole - meaning
Someone who owns an annual pass to a popular theme park and basically live there. An even worse subcategory are those who have a FAST pass which enables them to skip the lines. They will often proudly display their passes on a lanyard to remind you of their higher status.
There were so many passholes today that the fast lanes were longer than regular ones!
note: passholes have an undying love for their theme park (such as Disneyland) and will defend it 'til the end

A compound word for pass and asshole. Some asshole who tailgates you and instead of passing you, he continues to tailgate.
I was doing 10MPH above the speed limit, and some passhole tailgated me, then yelled out his window, "move it!" then he honked, then he passed me.
Passhole - slang
A driver who attempts to pass a car going less than 3 mph less than them, and does not speed up to do so, therefore effectively blocking 2 lanes for an unnecessary amount of time. Often an old person.
I wish this passhole would speed so I could pass the semi too.

A contraction of passenger and asshole.
An innate condition overcoming anyone sitting in the passenger seat. Condition consists of passenger making unhelpful suggestions to the driver using a condescending and self righteous tone. Most often noticed in couples.
Passenger: "Are you trying to scare me, you're going to fast for the conditions..."
Driver: "No, I'm going the speed limit. Stop being a passhole."
Passenger: "Be courteous and give that pedestrian some room."
Driver: "What, he hasn't even started into the crosswalk yet. Quit being a passhole."

The term cast members of Disneyworld and Disneyland have coined for season pass holders; specifically pass holders that frequent the parks on a weekly basis and behave like they own the place.
"Did you see that?! That little girl was about to trade her pins with a cast member and that Passhole knocked her out of the way. I bet he ordered his pins on eBay and they aren't even stamped!"
