Abbreviation for Office of Family and Children. Each county in each state has their own OFC which are governed by state regulations. Sometimes they are called the DFC which is the abbreviation for Department of Family and Children.
When children are abused or neglected in any way and the county offices find out about it, the children will be taken away by a social worker from the OFC.

The Orphans have razor sharp teeth and have nails of broken glass and are fed cans of meat and orphan tongue sandwiches. If one orphan wins, then they get to go home with the person who bet the most money. However they must wear shock collars and take pills to go to sleep. For the orphan that loses, he or she gets sent back into a crate among with a million other orphans in a factory. Also just for fun, you can give weapons like knives and crowbars.
