What is MRA?
MRA, an acronym, stands for "Men's Rights Activist."
An MRA is a person, who can be a woman or man, who believes in equality, but chooses to focus on the issues and rights of boys and men.
Issues include male suicide, workplace deaths, paternity leave, paternity fraud, father's rights, male underachievement in education, the draft, and more. MRAs also want attention to be brought towards male victims (rape, domestic abuse, child abuse, murder, etc.).
There are many aspects of society in which men are oppressed and women are privileged. An MRA can either believe that men have it worse than women or that men and women have it equally bad.
Some people claim that MRAs are Christians (or other religions), but studies (sadly, there aren't enough) have found that about 70 to 80% of MRAs are atheist alone. The last 20 to 30% are other forms of non-religion, or are religious.
MRAs can be any gender, race, sexuality, religion/irreligion, age, or place. It has been estimated that around 1/3 to 1/2 of MRAs are female. I have no information on race demographics, however, there are many people of many races who are MRAs. MRAs can be any sexuality, from straight to gay to bisexual to asexual. I have found an estimation of about 20% of MRAs are LGBT.

John: But how about how men are preferred in STEM?
Sarah: Women are preferred in STEM 2:1 over men.
John: B-but... feminism fights for equal rights!!
Sarah: How? If feminism actually fought for equal rights, instead of complaining about how warm air-conditioning is, how they spend more money, how they aren't forced into the military to die like men are, and more, perhaps everyone would think they're for equality.
John: B-b-but.....
Sarah: There are literally women in countries who get acid thrown in their face for being too pretty, who get stoned for being raped, who get murdered in "honor killings," who aren't allowed to drive, who aren't allowed to show their faces in public, and more, and yet you have the AUDACITY to complain that the air-conditioning is just a tiny bit cold for you? Feminists like you are DISGUSTING.

What does "MRA" mean?
The term "MRA" stand for "men's rights activists."
It is a backlash group against women's rights and feminism. Other backlash groups include the KKK and "white pride" who wish to reverse the rights of blacks by arguing that white people are oppressed. Similarly, MRAs want to abolish women's rights by lying that men are oppressed. Also, groups like KKK have been known to support violence against blacks, and MRAs are known for their support of violence against women. Both groups argue that blacks and women should stop "whining" and that racism/misogyny are not real.
An MRA will tell you how much "man-hate" there is in modern society while he insists
- that women should make him a sammich and then suck his puny genitals,
- that it is justified that women earn less than men of comparable qualification, age, education, tenure, and occupation,
- that violence against women is no biggie and women "cry" rape anyway,
- that the porn industry is all about "female empowerment," and
- that women are inferior because ... the Bible said so, Shakespeare, Moore, Hemingway, his uneducated daddy, his baseball coach, the media, and 99% of male internet users.
MRA - what does it mean?
"MRA" means "men's rights activist."
An MRA is a white man who insists against all evidence and decency that white men are oppressed and than women and minorities are "revered and privileged."
An MRA would never support the rights of those men who truly are at a disadvantage in our society: homosexual and black men. Instead, he leaves campaigning for LGBT rights and minorities' rights to the "evil evil cunt bull dykes" aka feminists.
An MRA sits on a huge pile of white and male privilege and keeps whining that he is oppressed.
An MRA loves Pat Robertson and Bill O'Reilly, thinks that Fox news is the one and only reliable delivery mechanism for news, is a psychotic bible thumper who believes that women were made from "Adam's rib," wanks to Rush Limbaugh, supports the religious right, and has never finished high school.

Contrary to the belief of many of the idiots on this site, there are inequalities in favour of women too, such as the, the invulnerability to conscription, the 2 to 1 acceptance rate of women in STEM courses, the right to opt out of parenthood, or to claim child support from an under-age parent or the presumption of innocence in relation to rape.

Mens rights activists are men upset by discrimination in society. They don't like always being painted as the villians, how often their issues are ignored, or how privaledged women are in court. Feminists hate it because it doesn't benefit them, and is therefore unworthy. Many of these men are queer or not white, reasonably upset how a white women could think she has more issues than a black man. Some of the people modern feminists hate the most, add them to the list of people who get mad whenever somebody else is treated fairly. They are upset men are treated as slaves whereas women (Not including certain countries) are treated as queens.

MRA
The men's rights movement (MRM)1 is a branch of men's movement. The MRM in particular consists of a variety of groups and individuals who focus on general social issues and specific government services which adversely impact, or in some cases structurally discriminate against, men and boys. Common topics debated within the men's rights movement include the alleged favor given to women in family law including but not limited to matters such as child custody, alimony and marital property distribution. The movement also concerns itself with parenting, reproduction, suicides, domestic violence against men, circumcision, education, conscription, social safety nets, and health policies. The men's rights movement branched off from the men's liberation movement in the early 1970s, with both groups comprising a part of the larger men's movement.
