What is Illuminati?
A supposed secret organisation that coincidentally everyone knows about. When ignorant people refuse to believe common sense, conspiracies such as 9/11 and the JFK assassination are formed. The illuminati are (allegedly) controlling everything in the world and are responsible for the death of anyone famous such as Biggie, Bob Marley, Michael Jackon and the list goes on for eternity.
It's based upon a real organisation from 18th century europe. The rumours started around about the same time as the internet grew popular (late 90's) and may be the earliest evidence of trolling.
People who believe in these stories are very arrogant and refuse to listen to reasoning and evidence and hypocritically accuse anyone who doesn't agree with them of ignorance.

Means "Enlightened" in Latin not "Eliminate" idiots. The Illuminati is apparently some bs conspiracy theory many believe because apparently anything with a triangle is a conspiracy. The Illuminati are apparently this ultra tight cult that has influenced foreign policy and will one day bring New World Order and make a one world Totalitarian regime and put subliminal messages all over the media we use and apparently somewhere Free Masons fit in all of this. This is stupid because if you were a cult trying to take over the world would you hide subliminal messages all over the internet and in other medias? No you wouldn't especially if people recognized it. There's no way that a one world government could even be likely to happen anytime soon. The Illuminati was actually a group of scholars and scientists the Catholic church around the 15th century employed but when this groups experiments and philosophical principles went against the church at the time the Catholic church marked them as a satanist cult and the Illuminati went into exile.

What does "Illuminati" mean?
People usually mix up the Illuminati with Freemasons, and Satanic worshipers, although they are completely different. The Illuminati was a society that dates back to the 16th century that believed in science. The Illuminati rejected many of the claims that the Roman Catholic Church preached between themselves and believed in scientific evidence. Galileo, Copernicus, and many other notable scientists were part of the Illuminati and major leaders.
So Basically they are people who believed in science more than religion and they are NOT satanic. There are some conspiracy theories about their association with Masons and the US government, but these are merely CONSPIRACY THEORIES and not proven facts so don't go around saying that they killed Michael Jackson or that they are singers that sold their soul to Satan. They are simply people who believe in science; the common day belief that is spread around (especially between teenagers) is completely absurd and has no facts behind it.
