Megalomaniac Careprovider Activation, when a patient has a doctor who overestimates their own intelligence and importance to the point that the doctor insists the patient has made up their symptoms for attention, because only a doctor is dumb enough to believe that someone would stop eating everything that tastes good and stop being about to leave the house or be around any human beings at all for attention. I was diagnosed with MCA, and now my only option is dying alone in my apartment because my doctor is not only denying me any kind of treatment or further testing whatsoever but it also spreading propaganda about me because he's a malevolent narcissist.

MCA - definition

A Minecraft community with autistic kids and retarded staff that don’t do their job right. Mca is getting taken over by dramatic seeds pro users. 300K+ members but only about 100 members online constantly which isn’t that bad but could be better. Buggy wastes his lif everyday being on this app. Sugarlicous wasted so much of her life that she made it to lvl 16 in less than a year. She doesn’t know what outside is. Most of the members there don’t even play Minecraft anymore. The chats aren’t even related to Minecraft most of the time. Only posts and shy disables post that are related to Minecraft sometimes. The vc’s are insane and I don’t know why we wasted our life on this app. It’s like an addiction.
