1 Any place that's the hood and has a large Puerto Rican/Hispanic population. Also large Steel mills.
2 A section of Lorain, OH. Borders are 28/steel mills to the north, city limits to the south, black river to the east, and train tracks to the west. It's the hood and a mostly Puerto Rican/Hispanic area near large steel mills. Also has a lot of projects, gangs, shootings, murders, stabbings, bars, abandoned strip malls, and a ghetto park in the middle.

Most people that live in Lorain want to get out, but very few do. People from Lorain are hardcore; we don't start things, we finish them. Hometown of Nobel Prize-winning author Toni Morrison.
