What does "Fung" mean?

Someone who is not skilled in anything, no matter how long they practice, and is someone with a strong for pants. Can also be applied to someone who is streaking due to the person not having any pants.

Guy A: Wow, you've been practicing your craft for 15 years?!
A Fung: Yeah, it's really difficult and I can't get the basics down. But I feel like I do better when I don't have any pants. I really hate pants anyway, they can be distracting to have on.
Guy A: Just like with all your other hobbies?
A Fung: Yeah
Guy A: Wow, you're like a Fung.

At a baseball game:

Fung - what does it mean?

when you work out for 30 days and during the 30 days you do not shower. Once the 30 days has passed you take your fingernails and scrape under your balls and the stuff under your fingernails is fung.
