What does "Caps Lock" mean?
A key on the keyboard that tweenie girls, newbies and the mentally unstable insist on pressing and using for their entire forum post/IM/text message for reasons unknown.
Perhaps they think it looks cool, or maybe they can't do joined-up writing yet and write in block capitals.
It is the most annoying button in existence.

The System Administrator's bane. This is how most sys admins quickly realize who has absolutely no business using a computer. Generally will have to make deskside service calls on a regular basis because a user's password "just doesn't work." Requires a five second hit of the Caps Lock key and everything is good.
That's the fourth time in two weeks I've had to go in to deal with that compfused idiot! Why can't he just press the caps lock key before calling me?

Use: If pressed, it makes every letter that you type into all caps. Some people on the internet use it to emphasize a person's statement.
Caps Lock is th button on the keyboeard above it is the tab. The one below it is shift.
TOMMY THAT'S NOT NICE! That sentence would universally be translated as yelling, even without the exclamation point at the end.

Caps. Lock is a key on your keyboard located directly to the left of your 'A' key. As you know, capital letters are used for expressions that are meant to sound like they're angry or yelling, but, however..People abuse the use of the caps lock key and capitalize all of their letters to either sound excited or to be noticed. This is why a small organization has created a rule against caps lock being used for anything but the purpose for which it was created. This, is for three reasons.
1) It's incredibly obnoxious to read.
2) You just seem like you're angry all the time
3) There is no way for me to read that except for in a yelling voice.
PEOPLE WHO TYPE LIKE THIS ON EVERY SINGLE STATUS ARE INCREDIBLY ANNOYING AND NEED TO TAKE A TYPING CLASS IN WHICH THEY LEARN TO NOT ABUSE CAPS LOCK.

Used during messaging for realeasing the "Fucking rage". Mainly used for enlarging the letters to look as though screaming at a person.
