What is whos dick?
A game developed by a drug addict; random, vulgar, shock value that can only be taken as childish humor and appears to state the users brain underdevelopment. Essentially a shitty copy of The Game, the very sound of it causes continuous cringe which requires a few days to recover from.
A group yelled "Whos dick" from their car as they drove past some people on a porch. They looked at each other and asked "What the fuck was that dumb shit?" to which someone replied "Junkies"

What does "whos dick" mean?
Used when an inappropriate action that someone causes in a group/party/work setting. Whereas anyone associated with that person is a Dick also.
A group of people are hanging out waiting for some beers to come. Two people come in and one is holding the beers. He then goes to put them in the cooler and drops all them and they go crashing down to the ground.

(Noun) A drinking game that consists of at least two people or more. One participant will start to say, the phrase, "Who's Got the Dick?" while snapping their fingers on the upbeat of every whole note in 4/4 tempo. The other players, in unison, will then respond by pointing to the person who is closest to them and then shout "(-insert person's name who is closest-)'s Got the Dick!". Finally, the player who is the next closest (who has not yet said "Who's Got the Dick?" yet) will say "Who's Got the Dick?" and the cycle repeats.
At the party, they decided to play Who's Got the Dick?.
