What is two nickels?
A phrase used to describe an oddly specific scenario that has happened before. A shorthand reference to the now famous line from Dr. Doofenshmirtz in Phineas and Ferb The Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension. Can be used as the full quote, a “two nickels moment”, or simply “two nickels”.

Two nickels - what is it?
A homosexual who also has kids. Usually referring to a male. Works in tandem with the phrase “three dollar bill”.
He is not just a three dollar bill, because he has kids, he’s a two headed nickel.
What does "two nickels" mean?
To make a dicision with complete disregard to common sense.
Understanding that your better judgment tells you to get plenty of rest before tomorrow mornings meeting, you decide to drop two nickels in a bucket and join your friends for happy hour.
