Women who go to car meets/shows just for attention. Generally are 3/10-5/10 rated chicks who suddenly become 8/10-10/10 in a car setting because they're the only females within a mile. Identifiable by their plasti-dipped Honda Civic parked next to $50,000 builds, and their lack of interest in the cars that are there. Can also be found showing up riding shotgun in a different car each week.
Not to be confused with actual female car enthusiasts, who have fought and clawed for every ounce of respect they have in the car scene.

What does "tire biter's" mean?
A tire-biter is the kind of person who is so focused and tenacious that when they want to achieve something they go after it with such determination they actually succeed; lots of dogs chase cars, but only the successful ones actually get a piece of the tire.
My daughter was a tire-biter when it came to competitive sports; she was determined to score at least once in every lacrosse game she played.
She was such a tire-biter in lacrosse that she averaged two goals per game.

A tirebiter is a girl who hangs around car meets, car clubs, or car places in general because she likes to fuck around with boys with nice/fast/show cars. Normally they bounce from car to car, either screwing people in the same club or in the same circle of friends. We call them tire biters as opposed to Pillow Biters because they end up biting tires, not pillows.

A chick who goes out with a guy ONLY for the benefit of his nice vehicle; usually a nice shiny jacked-up 4X4 truck with oversized tires, or even a hot sports car. Hence the name, "tire-biter."
Conversely, it CAN refer to a guy who goes with a girl solely for HER nice wheels.
That gal is a total tire-biter, she only wants him for his truck.

Back in the 70s and 80s, its definition was COMPLETELY different: an ugly girl. (a dog, which chases cars).
Whenever the definition changed to a car freak is beyond me. Looks like a media/cultural-generated propagation of the high maintenance gal. (better than its previous definition, then, perhaps?)
