What is the KKK?

KKK stands for Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, a group of white, Christian supremists. Up until the late 60s the KKK was responsible for harassment and attacks against people of color or non-Christian religion. Members can be easily identified by the white robes they wear and a tall white mask, which looks like a ghost.

The KKK - what is it?

KKK stands for the Ku Klux Klan. The first Klan was founded in 1865 by veterans of the Confederate Army. Its purpose was to restore white supremacy in the aftermath of the American Civil War. The Klan resisted Reconstruction by intimidating "carpetbaggers", "scalawags" and freedmen. The Klan was originally created by six educated, middle-class Confederate veterans on December 24, 1865 from Pulaski, Tennessee. They made up the name by combining the Greek "kyklos" (κυκλος,circle) with "clan". It was one among a number of secret, oath-bound organizations, including the Southern Cross in New Orleans (1865), and the Knights of the White Camellia.

The main goal of today's Klan and other Nationalism sects is to rid America of illegal immigrants.

What does "the KKK" mean?

The KKK, although widely hated, are one of the few groups that believe in the identity of white people. If you think that whites are meant for anything other than total genetic integration with other races, than I believe that makes you some kind of believer in the ideas of the KKK. And today the KKK isn't powerful, and poses no true threat to most people nowadays.

The KKK are firmly against all other races.
