A dance move. Stankface is taking the face you make when you smell something stinky and add it to an awkward repetitive dance move.
When you walk into a Mormon stake dance, you will see everyone doing the stankface.

When you see someone who's natural expression for that day or moment looks like a combination of being pissed off, and smelling something awful.
