What is st. charles?
A small suburban high school located in Saint Charles, Missouri. The current site was originally that of a military academy. In 1995, during renovations of the oldest section of the building (long known as A-building), the structure caught fire. A-building was saved only because of its hardy brick walls; the rest of the school was destroyed. The new SCHS building has a completely new design and features a nautical theme with art deco stylings. There are two floors and a basement level. The top two levels feature a 'commons' area where students can congregate before and after class. Many of the buildings on campus, including the Tech Building, the Auxilary Gymnasium, and the former Junior High School are products of WWII public work projects.
The school, while wishing to be modern and up with the times, tends to harbor conservative policies. The Administration tend to have little interest in students' suggestions or questioning of sometimes archaic rules. Teachers at the school are also very conservative, and don't have a problem with letting their jobs take a backseat to other pursuits (like inflating their egos). However, the ignorance of the faculty doesn't seem to have lasting effects on their students.
SCHS has block scheduling, with four alternating classes every other day.

An all-boys Roman Catholic preparatory high school in Columbus, Ohio. It's a hell hole where you are a slave to your grades and college preparation, working about 4 hours every night on homework after an 8 hour school day. Students frequently slap each others asses and nonchalantly talk about sucking each others dicks. Teachers are high quality but can make your life even more of a living hell if aggravated. If you want to throw away the remainder of your childhood but ensure yourself a place in the work place, Saint Charles is the school for you.

Adequate size suburb with mostly white middle-class people. If you live in the county and meet someone new your 1st question to ask/answer is "What high school did you go to?". Your answer will speak volumes because that is how you'll be judged.
Odd mix of people who think they live in St. Louis, therefore acting ghetto as hell, and people who think they're from the country, therefore acting liks hicks. Nobody lives on a farm, but you might own land a while away. Nobody lives in the ghetto, but SCHS is sketch.
Small enough to call it a town because chances are wherever you go you can run into someone you know. Big enough to call it a suburb if you want to associate with STL. It takes 4 exits along hwy 70 to pass through.
Majority of HS grads go to SCC. A good amount will go to a state school. A few enlist. A lot go to Lewis and Clark. But we all have one thing in common: HS was pathetic and did not prepare you for college.
Most people have their license and a job at 16 years old. The only thing to do is a football or basketball game on Friday night. Maybe people will gather in a basement a drink some beer while their parents are upstairs.
Awkwardly located north enough to like hockey but south enough to say "y'all". Hunting season is just as big as baseball season. Girls wear carhartts for no reason.
Home of the words hoosier, skeet, and hella. Everyone has gone on a float trip, been to el maguey, lyons, fritz's, plays washers, and had a bonfire and CFM slushie.
