What is Batavia?
Often known as the most boring city in Illinois, but is often challanged by other small cities in the dead space between Chicago and Springfield. If anything, it is the most boring town in the western suburbs and is loved by adults for being a safe place with good schools.

What does "Batavia" mean?
Popular game of flip cup in which there is no winner or winning team only a losing player. Takes place around a circular table with at least four players. Two players standing opposite of each other, start at the same time. As each player successfully flips their cup the next person to their right proceeds. After each successful flip, players must refill their cup in the event that the player standing directly left of them successfully lands their cup. The game continues as a circular race until a player is unable to successfully flip their cup, before the person directly to their left flips theirs.

A small town in Ohio, made up of corn and soybean fields, that you might want to live in if you're a farmer or you don't care if you get trapped into a boring, mediocre life when all you do is sit and reminisce about your high school football and pot smoking days. Kids at Batavia Schools either love it or hate, and you only have a chance at loving it if you were born there and have known the entire student population since kindergarten, otherwise there's no possibility of you fitting in, mostly because all anyone cares about are their sports teams (that aren't really that good) and their tightly-wounded cliques (and there aren't many to chose from). Batavia is a small town in Western/Upstate NY. It's known as the seventh layer of hell to some and to others as a fine place to live and go to school. There are a lot of sick people and old people in Batavia. By sick, I mean, mentally depraved.

A town about an hour southwest of Chicago, Illinois. The people there all try to be unique and individual, but end up fitting in during the process. Being near the windy city, it is usually windy and terribly snowy in the winter. There's not much fun stuff to do there, so people usually take trips up to Chicago or the beach (lake michigan) to have a good time when the weathers nice.
