What is spy training?

A style of training that assassins' do on a regular basis to become fit and strong to take on any task or situation they find themselves in.

Spy Training involves strength and conditioning, cardio training, martial arts, close contact and gymnastics all must be done intensively

I smashed out spy training today - now I can take on anything!!
